The East Midlands Regional U16 League was introduced in 2007, and in that time Charnwood Sapphires have won the competition on four occasions in 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011.
Winning the League qualified Charnwood Sapphires to represent the East Midlands Regional at the National U16 Clubs Finals
